VIVID: The works have started!

On 13 September, AG Residential signed a contract with the contractors THV MBG – Democo – VMA.

They will be responsible for the construction of the VIVID, VIVID + and LUCID projects, as well as the road works and a park.

VIVID includes different types of apartments, with one to three bedrooms. VIVID + offers serviced apartment blocks. LUCID will be a new residential building on the site. In other words, 209 residential units of different types!

The first works started on the Tweewaters site at the end of September.

The buildings are designed by the famous international architect Xaveer de Geyter.

To date we have sold 60% of the apartments and serviced apartments!
